USA.gov held a public dialog from December 2, 2009 - January 15, 2010 to ask people what they think of the website and how it can be improved. Most of the comments were about USA.gov's content, search feature, and look and feel. You can view the comments at http://blog.citizen.apps.gov/yourvoicematters/.
